Astroberry OS for PC

Astroberry OS for PC is ready for download! Now you can run Astroberry OS on your miniPC or any device which supports amd64/x86_64 platform. You can boot it from USB stick before you decide to install it.

It took dozens of hours to port Astroberry OS to PC. Development, countless ISO compilations, testing and running on VMs and real hardware devices, bug fixing and improvements. Now, it's ready for public release! It was only possible thanks to Fabio who designed and made it ready for integration with original Astroberry Project.

If you want to try it, grab the ISO file, create a bootable USB stick from the ISO file and boot your PC from the USB stick. As simple as this! No need to install anything. You can install Astroberry OS to a hard drive anytime during live session.

If you decide to install Astroberry OS on a hard drive, make sure you select an empty drive. All data on the selected drive will be overwritten during the installation.

Alternatively, you can run Astroberry OS using any virtualization system. Just create a virtual machine and boot it from the ISO file.

This is the first attempt to port Astroberry OS to PC. This means it can contain bugs or other issues which would render it unusable to you. You can contribute by providing your feedback and support development of Astroberry OS.
